Our Story
Element Construction and Restoration was founded by Paul Courtwright in 2018. Paul has over 17 years of residential and commercial construction experience. His experience ranges from from building ground up track homes and 15,000sf commercial stand-alones to working on over 600 restoration/remodel projects. Paul has worked for a wide variety of businesses and residential customers like CVS pharmacy, a former CEO of Ford, professional athletes, urban and suburban families, and retired veterans. As a new local business, we look forward to building long lasting relationship in our community. Element Construction and Restoration aims to be the last contractor you ever look for.

I will always go above and beyond on your project. As a small local business I do not have heavy overhead costs and my main focus is quality and taking care of the customer’s needs. Each project I treat as if I were working on my own home. We do not take on more projects than we can properly handle which is extremely rare in the construction industry. All our vendors and sub-contractors are licensed, insured, and have had background checks. We have outstanding relationships with our crews and we operate as one big family.
